August 2022 - Update

As you may be aware, in December 2021, we submitted a planning application for Portsea Mews which sought to restore and refurbish the buildings to bring them back into an active use that will benefit the Hyde Park Estate. The applications included plans for a pitched, single storey mansard roof extension to provide additional office floorspace. Whilst we received support for the proposals in recognising the importance of bringing the site back into use, we have also noted concerns from a number of our neighbours about the impact of the proposed additional mansard roof. We have listened to these representations, and in response, have now submitted revised proposals for Portsea Mews that remove the proposed mansard roof extension on the outer blocks which sit adjacent to our residential neighbours.
